This Private Membership Association Covenant is entered into between the Alchemy of Grace, a faith-based private spiritual community operating under 26 U.S.C. Section 508(c)(1)(a), and the undersigned Member.
The Ministry is organized and operated exclusively for religious, educational, and charitable purposes. It is a Private Membership Association whose members have freely chosen to associate for the purpose of spiritual growth, mutual support, legacy preservation, trust architecture education, and the building of the parallel culture.
This covenant is executed under the protections of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.
The Seven Principles
1. Creation Before Institution — Life comes first. Systems serve life. The moment a system demands that life serve it, that system has lost its right to exist.
2. Relationship Before Transaction — Human beings are not commodities. Communities are not markets. You will engage with this community as a person among people, not as a consumer of services.
3. Stewardship Before Ownership — You do not own what you hold. You hold it in trust, for the community, for the land, for the seventh generation.
4. Kinship Before Division — Every wall between human beings was built by someone who benefited from the separation. In this community, kinship is original. Division is recent. We build from kinship.
5. Remembering Before Conquering — The wisdom already exists. In ancestral memory. In ceremonies that survived. In languages that refused to die. Our work is recovery, not invention.
6. Reciprocity Before Extraction — Healthy systems give back more than they take. You will contribute to this community, not only draw from it.
7. Future Generations Before Immediate Gain — Every decision measured against the seventh generation. If it does not serve them, it does not serve life.
What You Are Entering
PRIVATE means this community operates outside the public commercial sphere.
MEMBERSHIP means you are joining a community of people, not subscribing to a service.
ASSOCIATION means you are exercising your constitutional right to freely associate.
Privacy and Protection
All interactions, communications, records, testimonies, and activities conducted within this PMA are private, protected under ministerial privilege and the First Amendment.
Dispute Resolution
Council → Mediation → Binding Arbitration. You waive the right to pursue litigation in public courts for disputes arising from Ministry activities, except where prohibited by law.
Entering and Leaving
Membership is voluntary. You may leave at any time. Confidentiality obligations survive.
