ONE DRUM, ONE TRIBE
Private Membership Association Covenant
Alchemy of Grace · a 508(c)(1)(a) faith-based private ministry · Version 2.0
One Drum. One Tribe.
This Private Membership Association Covenant is entered into between the Alchemy of Grace, a faith-based private spiritual community operating under 26 U.S.C. Section 508(c)(1)(a), and the undersigned Member.
The Ministry is organized and operated exclusively for religious, educational, and charitable purposes. It is a Private Membership Association whose members have freely chosen to associate for the purpose of spiritual growth, mutual support, legacy preservation, trust architecture education, and the building of the parallel culture.
This covenant is executed under the protections of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. By signing, you affirm your voluntary desire to join this community, to live by the Seven Principles, and to carry the original instruction: take care of life.
Section 1: The Sacred Ground
This is not a terms-of-service agreement. This is not a click-through waiver. This is not a consumer transaction.
This is a covenant.
A covenant is older than contract law. It is a sacred agreement between living beings, between you and this community, between this community and creation, between all of us and the generations not yet born.
Alchemy of Grace exists as a private spiritual community, a 508(c)(1)(a) faith-based organization operating under the protections of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. It is a campfire, not a corporation. A gathering of people who remembered something the modern world forgot: that human beings are not consumers, not data points, not human resources. They are carriers of a single instruction that predates every government, every institution, and every system ever built.
That instruction: take care of life.
Everything that follows flows from that instruction.
Section 2: The Seven Principles
The Big Tribe, the one human family, operates on seven principles. These are not policies. They are not suggestions. They are the operating system of every living system that has ever sustained itself. By entering this covenant, you affirm that you will orient your participation in this community around them:
Section 3: What You Are Entering
By signing this covenant, you become a member of a Private Membership Association. This is a specific legal structure with specific protections:
PRIVATE means this community operates outside the public commercial sphere. The interactions between members, spiritual, educational, relational, architectural, are private matters conducted between consenting adults who have freely chosen to associate.
MEMBERSHIP means you are joining a community of people, not subscribing to a service. Your relationship is with the community, not with a product.
ASSOCIATION means you are exercising your constitutional right to freely associate with others for purposes of spiritual growth, mutual support, legacy preservation, trust architecture education, and the cultivation of the parallel culture.
This Association operates under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution (free exercise of religion, freedom of association), 26 U.S.C. Section 508(c)(1)(a) (faith-based organization status), and the inherent right of human beings to organize their private affairs according to their own spiritual convictions.
Section 4: What the Community Provides
As a member in good standing, you have access to the Ministry's instruments, tools built to serve the parallel culture:
THE DRUM — The community gathering space. Fellowship, testimony, shared reflection, council. The fire around which the Big Tribe sits.
THE LANTERN — The legacy preservation journal. A place to record family memories, values, wisdom, and letters to loved ones. What you leave for the seventh generation.
THE COVENANT BUILDER — The guided reflection tool for building personalized family and marriage covenants rooted in the Seven Principles.
TAP (TRUST ADMINISTRATION PLATFORM) — The trust architecture and entity management tool for organizing, administering, and educating yourself on trusts and related protective structures.
GRACE — The Ministry's AI-assisted spiritual companion. Counsel and guidance rooted in the Ministry's faith-based mission. Not a chatbot. A campfire conversation.
THE NETWORK — A living directory of individuals, families, communities, ministries, and projects operating on the Seven Principles. Builders finding builders.
These instruments evolve. New tools serve new needs. The instruction remains the same.
Section 5: What the Community Asks of You
This is a campfire, not a stadium. Everyone who sits here carries responsibility:
PRESENCE — Engage. Contribute. Show up. Your presence is not passive. It is an act of building.
RESPECT — Every member carries the same instruction you carry. Treat them accordingly. Respect their stories, their privacy, their sovereignty, their process.
CONFIDENTIALITY — What is shared at the fire stays at the fire. All information disclosed within this community, personal testimonies, financial details, spiritual disclosures, trust architecture, family matters, is private.
RECIPROCITY — Give back more than you take. Share your knowledge. Support other members. Contribute to the culture.
INTEGRITY — Do not use this community, its tools, or its protections for any purpose inconsistent with the Seven Principles.
SOVEREIGNTY — Respect the private nature of this association. You are not a customer with a complaint department. You are a member of a sacred community with a responsibility to the whole.
Section 6: Privacy and Protection
All interactions, communications, records, testimonies, and activities conducted within this Private Membership Association are private. They are protected under ministerial privilege and the associational privacy rights guaranteed by the First Amendment.
The Ministry does not sell, share, or disclose member information to any third party outside the association. The only exception is a direct legal compulsion that cannot be resisted, and even then, the Ministry will exhaust every available protection before any disclosure.
Members acknowledge that their participation is a matter of religious exercise and voluntary association, and that the internal affairs of the Ministry are not subject to the jurisdiction of public regulatory bodies except as expressly required by applicable law.
MEMBER-TO-MEMBER PROTECTION — Members are equally bound to protect each other's privacy. A breach of another member's confidentiality is a breach of this covenant.
Section 7: Builder to Builder
The Big Tribe is not a social network. It is an architecture of builders.
Members who operate businesses, ministries, trusts, farms, healing practices, educational projects, or any other structure aligned with the Seven Principles may engage with each other through the Ministry's network on a builder-to-builder basis.
Private exchanges — These are private transactions between consenting members of a private association, conducted in furtherance of the Ministry's mission.
Infrastructure, not intermediary — The Ministry provides the connective infrastructure but does not intermediate, regulate, or take a position in member-to-member exchanges.
Principle-bound — Members engaging in builder-to-builder activity remain bound by the Seven Principles. Extraction, exploitation, and predatory conduct are grounds for removal.
The parallel economy is not theoretical. It is built one exchange at a time, between people who see each other as kin rather than customers.
Section 8: Dispute Resolution
STEP 1: COUNCIL — The parties sit together, facilitated by Ministry leadership, and seek resolution through direct conversation. Most things resolve here.
STEP 2: MEDIATION — If council does not resolve the matter within thirty (30) days, the Ministry appoints a neutral mediator from within the community.
STEP 3: BINDING ARBITRATION — If mediation fails, the matter proceeds to binding arbitration under the governance procedures of this PMA. The arbitrator is mutually agreed upon. The decision is final.
By entering this covenant, you waive the right to pursue litigation in public courts for any dispute arising from Ministry activities, except where such a waiver is prohibited by law.
Section 9: Entering and Leaving
ENTERING — Membership is voluntary. No one is coerced, recruited, or pressured. You are here because the drum sounded in your chest and you answered.
LEAVING — A member may leave at any time by providing written notice. Access to Ministry tools and community resources is revoked upon departure. Confidentiality obligations survive.
REMOVAL — The Ministry reserves the right to revoke or suspend membership when a member's conduct is inconsistent with this covenant or the Seven Principles. This follows reasonable notice and an opportunity to be heard.
Section 10: The Declaration
By signing this covenant, you affirm:
- I understand that I am entering a Private Membership Association, not purchasing a product or subscribing to a service. All activities within this community are conducted in a private, non-commercial capacity.
- I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I may withdraw at any time.
- I understand that the Ministry operates under a spiritual mission. The tools, resources, and counsel provided are for spiritual, educational, and personal growth purposes. The Ministry does not provide legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice.
- I affirm that I carry the original instruction: take care of life. I commit to the Seven Principles. I accept my responsibility to this community and to the seventh generation.
I have read this covenant. I understand its terms. I enter freely.
Welcome to the fire.
This covenant is a private declaration entered into under the protections afforded to faith-based organizations and private membership associations under federal and constitutional law. It is not a commercial contract.
